Write from the email on your TorQ account, so we can find your account straight away.

You get the full app free for the whole beta, before it's in the App Store. In return, tell us what's great and what's broken.

Nothing is charged during the beta. Before it ends, you get your price to keep TorQ, and you choose whether to stay. If you say yes before TorQ is in the App Store, you won't be charged until launch day.

If you don't keep it, your free access lasts until launch day, or 3 days after we send your price if it arrives after launch. Nothing is charged, and there's nothing to cancel.

On iPhone

1. Tap Install TorQ below. No TestFlight yet? Apple asks you to get it first.
2. Open TorQ and sign up with Apple or any email.

On Android

Android and the web are coming in less than a week. We'll email you.

Use Apple, Google or your email. There's no password: with email, type in the code we send you.

In the app, open More and tap Report a Problem. It comes straight to us, and we tell you when it's fixed. On a computer, Report a Problem is at the bottom of the menu on the left.

You can also email team@gettorqapp.com with what happened, the device you're on, and a screenshot if you have one.

During the free beta there's nothing to cancel.

If you said yes to your price, you can cancel at any time in the app: open More, tap your name to open Settings, tap Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access through the period you've paid for. If you said yes before launch and cancel before launch day, you're not charged. If you can't find the button, email team@gettorqapp.com and we'll cancel it for you.

In the app, open More, tap your name to open Settings, then tap Privacy and data. Next to Delete Account, tap Delete. You confirm with a code we email you and by typing DELETE.

Deleting your account cancels any plan you bought on the web and removes your personal data, usually within a minute. Our Privacy Policy says what is kept afterwards and why.

No longer have the app? Email team@gettorqapp.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days.

If you ever buy TorQ through the App Store, deleting your account doesn't cancel that subscription. Cancel it on your iPhone in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
